Latest updated schedule for West Africa as below, note when making bookings if any cargo is going to be 4.00m or over in height please notify us accordingly.

Please note at present there is a ban on the import of excavators in to Ghana (see attached received from the shipping line), a possible exception to this ban is if the receiver has an import license (a copy would be required prior to shipment).

Vehicles only 2 tiers high max, see attached.

 

All cargo must have a minimum of 15% fuel in the tank when delivered to ports.

Any cargo delivered to Killingholme or Sheerness without shipping notes will be rejected. We can no longer fax or email copies to the port.

All driver’s attending Sheerness, Immingham and Killingholme must wear the appropriate hi-vis jackets and steel toe cap boots or they will not be allowed access to the port.

Please note at present there is a ban on the import of excavators in to Ghana (see attached received from the shipping line).

SHEERNESS DOCKS RECEIVING HOURS

Open 0800 to 1730 – Monday to Friday (No Public Holidays)

Saturdays 0830 to 1130 am

Open 0800 to 1700 – Monday to Friday (No Public Holidays)

Please note all drivers delivering cargo to Killingholme must wear high visibility clothing at all times.

Anyone attempting to deliver cargo without high visibility clothing will not be allowed on site.

 

SHEERNESS DOCKS RECEIVING HOURS

Open 0800 to 1730 – Monday to Friday (No Public Holidays)

Saturdays 0830 to 1130 am

All loaded cargo will be weighed before receiving.

 

IMMINGHAM RECEIVING HOURS

Open 0800 to 1800 – Monday to Friday (No Public Holidays)

All vehicles must be booked in advance.

NO METAL STUDDED/SPIKED/TRACKED CARGO ALLOWED IN IMMINGHAM

Please note any loaded cargo must attend the weighbridge in Immingham.

Unloaded Vehicles can be delivered straight to Warehouse 10 Gatehouse for deliveries.

Please make sure correct weights are advised to us at the time of booking.

 

All tracked cargo delivered to Sheerness/Immingham must be clean and free from stones/gravel etc. Ports have been told to turn cargo away if it is not in a clean condition.

 

Deliveries outside of our advertised dates/times will not be accepted.
